Creating a Web Site from scratch can be a daunting task for a club, especially if there are no members who have the skills necessary to create a site.

Our designer will work with you to develop an appropriate banner and design. Once a look-and-feel — consisting of your desired color shades and images — has been agreed upon, we will build out your site using many standard items like a Rotary history page, Four-Way Test history page, calendar page and a private area for member-only information. You provide your club's history, member roster, meeting place and time, and other pertinent information to us and we'll add that to your site. Additionally, we'll help you develop content and keep your site up-to-date with articles and photos of your club's accomplishments.
Our approach differs from other club site systems. There is no need for anyone in your club to learn how to write Web pages or even to use a Web interface to put up your club's site material. We have a team of Web design and development specialists that work with an individual contact person (usually the "Information Officer" or "Public Relations Chair") in your club.
We'll help you register a domain name if you need one, like yourtownrotary.org and we'll point it to your site.
Once your site is "live" on the Web, your club simply needs to email us updates, like newsletters, roster changes, etc., and we'll take care of it all. And, using the provided calendar module, you'll be able to make your own changes to your club calendar.
There is a one-time design and build-out fee of $250, an introductory price. You will also be billed a quarterly maintenance fee based on the size of your club:

- $225 per quarter
- more than 100 members
- $300 per quarter
